Current projects

Our long term goal is to understand how gene expression is regulated by the cross communication between its single steps ranging from transcription to translation. Ongoing subprojects in the lab include:
1.    Coupling transcription to translation
2.    Regulation of translation by phosphorylation of ribosomal proteins
3.    Analysis of gene expression on a systemic level
