Integration of Different Steps in Gene Expression

The overall goal of our lab is to understand the mechanisms of eukaryotic gene expression. We focus especially on the question, how the different steps of gene expression are interconnected providing efficiency and accuracy to this fundamental cellular process. To achieve our goals, we employ a multitude of experimental as well as computational techniques.
